Shipping & Tracking Policy

Processing time: Orders ship in 1–5 business days (no weekends/holidays). During high volume, allow extra processing time—if significantly delayed we’ll notify you by email/SMS.

Delivery estimates:

  • Most countries: 5–21 days after dispatch (tracked).
    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Order tracking: You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. For consolidated tracking updates you can use parcelsapp.com with your tracking number.

Multiple shipments: Items in the same order may ship separately. If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items will arrive shortly after.

Address issues: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 6 hours of ordering. Once fulfillment begins, we can’t guarantee changes.

Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may incur customs/VAT assessed by your local authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages in transit: If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email photos within 7 days so we can assist. We’ll help you file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement/refund where applicable.

Lost in transit (not delivered): If the carrier shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation. Outcomes depend on the carrier’s decision.

Delivered but missing: If tracking is Delivered but you can’t find the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local post office. We’ll provide documentation to help you file a porch theft or misdelivery report, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for post-delivery theft.
