  • Content (including prices) may be transferred unencrypted over networks; credit card details are always encrypted during transfer.

  • Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.

3) Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness

  • We are not responsible if information on the site is not accurate, complete, or current. Historical information may not be current.

  • We may modify site contents at any time but have no obligation to update any information.

4) Modifications to Service & Prices

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

5) Products & Services

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

  • We make every effort to display colors and images accurately; we cannot guarantee your device’s display.

  • Moissanite disclosure: Our jewelry uses moissanite stones (not natural diamonds). Where stated, pieces are tester-verified with a diamond tester. Any certificates (e.g., GRA) are included only where applicable and will be stated on the product page.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales by person, household, region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue products at any time.

6) Order Acceptance & Billing

  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected reseller activity, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (email, shipping address, payment details).

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total order amount, taxes, duties, and shipping.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Handling time is typically 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–21 days after dispatch with tracking (see Shipping Policy).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance/first scan. Please review our Shipping Policy.

8) International Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside your home country may incur customs, duties, or VAT. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final (no returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse).

  • Required exceptions: We will repair, replace, or refund if the item arrives damaged/defective, the wrong item was received, or the product is not as described. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos at moishaus.shop@gmail.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Do not send items back without written authorization. Approved returns receive instructions and an RMA.

  • For approved cases, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically 3–7 business days).

10) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties.

  • Third-party links may direct you to websites we do not control; we are not liable for third-party content or practices.

11) User Content & Reviews

  • If you submit reviews, images, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • You warrant your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

12) Intellectual Property

  • All site content (logos, images, text, design) is our property or used under license and protected by applicable IP laws.

  • You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
