Refund policy

Refund & Returns Policy (Final Sale, with required exceptions)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions (required by policy): We’ll repair, replace, or refund if:

  • the item arrives damaged/defective,

  • the wrong item was received, or

  • the product is not as described on the product page.

To qualify, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue at moicify@gmail.com (or use support@moishaus.com if you switch) or +1 (831) 747-0380. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return approval: Do not send items back without written authorization. Approved returns will receive instructions and an RMA. Unauthorized returns are refused.

Refund method: For approved cases, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically 3–7 business days from receipt at our return address).

Non-returnable items: Final sale/clearance items, custom sizes/engraved pieces, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings if you choose) are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

Lost / stolen after delivery: Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; theft after delivery isn’t covered. See “Shipping & Tracking” for filing a carrier claim.
